Design

We may have a number of other designs and quotes underway at the time you engage us to undertake your project. This has a bearing on the time it will take to get back in touch with you. Generally these concept plans can take a couple of weeks to complete. Also bear in mind that Dynamic landscapes is a one man band and therefore I am working at night and on weekends to carry out this side of the business. During the day I carry out installations and or Maintenance

 

There are costs associated with this process along the way. This is how we go about giving you your desired landscape:

We provide a design service,

• these designs are to a detailed concept level, i.e. our concepts itemize the plants and numbers,

• are to scale, and

• are detailed as to sizes of decks etc.

• our concepts are hand drawn and therefore take time; we feel that this is adds to a personalized service.

All we require to get started on the concept is:

• your go ahead, by way of return email, signifying to us that you understand the process involved and the cost associated with the service, and

• • A site plan, if you have one available. Failing that we are able to carry out our own site survey. (It is beneficial to know where services etc. are as well).

Once we establish a concept, or idea, we get in touch with you to go over the concept. At this time, we ask for your feedback, both positive and negative.

From here we either go away to start again or we can quote the installation for you.

• We provide a free quoting service. We have had great comments on the level of detail and professionalism regarding our quotes. We like to explain what is going to happen and how we will go about making it happen so that everyone is on the same page before any work is agreed to or carried out.

• Our quotes are itemized to task level. This enables you to cut and paste the items to fit your budget should this be necessary.
